Our vision for Youth Ministry at First Baptist involves a practical process for enabling us to reach out to students. Our goal is for each student to be a part of a caring group, connecting them to God by a personal relationship with Jesus, a caring adult and other believers. Following Jesus' Great Commission to make disciples, we want to help them to grow in their faith and to teach them to discover the unique gifts that God has given them so that they will honor God with their life by developing a personal ministry that they can give their lives away in Jesus' name. Using various relationship-oriented "tools" such as Sunday night YOUTH GROUP, Wednesday night small groups, retreats and mission trips and activities, we seek to help each teenager "fall in love with Jesus."

Sunday Night Youth Group:
6:00 - 8:00 PM at The Cove
Snack Supper, games, worship & Bible study!
As the demands of the school year are increasing, make Sunday night a priority as we get creative at how we can strengthen our worship life, prayer life, devotional life, and share Jesus with our friends. Each Sunday, we will focus on how to do one of these components that are vital in growing closer to Jesus.
TUESDAY NIGHTS: Homeless Ministry downtown in Fireside Hall. They begin each week around 6:00pm, but come when you can and stay as long as you are able. Things normally wrap up with clean up around 8:30pm-9:00pm.
